Enhance your bathroom’s natural light

Crisp, bright colours are your best friends if you want to fake natural light in a bathroom without windows. Paint your walls pale shades of warm colours, like buttercup yellow, pink and light seaside shades of aqua blue. Then select a colour that is two or three shades lighter to decorate your ceiling. This will define the space and offer visual contrast, as well as lead the eye away from dark corners.
